Indian Harbour Beach Neighborhoods
Although small in size, Indian Harbour Beach has a number of diverse neighborhoods that give buyers in all budget ranges plenty of options. Outside of the neighborhoods listed below, there are roughly 75 waterfront homes and 77 riverfront townhouses in Indian Harbour Beach. These waterfront homes vary in size from 1,100 to 7,000 square feet while the townhouses are 1,700 to 3,400 square feet. There are a number of streets tucked away in quiet neighborhoods with waterfront properties and the best way to find them is to start your home search with me.
The most exclusive neighborhood on the barrier island, these are the finest homes appointed with the highest quality fixtures. Homes on Lansing Island are 3,000 to 16,000 square feet and are built on large lots up to 2 acres in size. There is a 24 hour security guard at the gate leading over to the island as well as an amazing clubhouse with a pool and tennis courts. All the homes on Lansing Island are either direct riverfront or on the Grand Canal. While there are always homes available for purchase, if you want to build your dream home, there are some empty lots still available on the island.
A lovely neighborhood just on the other side of the Grand Canal from Lansing Island, Harbour Lights has beautiful homes from 2,000 - 4,300 square feet. Lot sizes are generally 1/4 acre to just over one acre with about 16 homes directly on Grand Canal over looking Lansing Island.
Harbour Isles is a small neighborhood just off South Patrick Drive between the Eau Gallie Yacht Club and Mathers Bridge. There are only about 105 homes here however, almost all of these homes are riverfront or canal front allowing easy boat access to the Indian River Lagoon. Homes average 2,600 square feet although there are many that are both larger and smaller.
Martesia is located off of Highway A1A just across the street from the ocean. A neighborhood of great homes from 1,800 to 4,000 square feet, Martesia is a short walk to Bicentennial beach park and several local restaurants.
